TOTD: ‘THE CHASE’ – PYLONS

Fresh out of the London scene, Pylons are making waves. Their pop-flavoured, psychedelic leaning indie rock has been picked up by the likes of Radio 1 and 6 Music, meaning the band are clearly on the right track. Their latest release ‘The Chase’ is a track fit for sweaty venues up and down the country.

Taken from their upcoming ‘Thanks For Coming’ EP, ‘The Chase’ is a statement of intent from Pylons. There’s a belter of a bassline that leads into a gigantic chorus designed to be sung at extremely high volume. It’s got all the distinguishing features of an indie classic, and the band are showing no signs of stopping.

Pylons are going to be one of the coolest bands in London and with their new EP due in autumn, they’re only just warming up.
