Based in Norwich and writing pop-rock, Ryan Soanes has been making a name for himself across the UK. His emo-pop combines rock attitude with dance instrumentation, all glued together by Soanes’ vocal work. Support from BBC Introducing has brought Ryan Soanes to a national audience in the past couple of years, and latest release aims to ride this momentum.

Heavily influenced by both dance and rock music, Ryan Soanes’ unique blend of the two genres has birthed his debut album The Journey. ‘Call My Name’ is a track that sums up the singer’s style perfectly, filled with meaningful lyrics and catchy hooks. Ryan says that music allows him to express himself for the first time, and this enthusiasm is clearly present in his music.

With his debut album released in early March, Ryan Soanes is off to the best possible start this year. Keep an eye out for more music from the singer, he’s making waves and isn’t planning on stopping.
