Hongza – ‘Gone’

With lockdown easing and the world slowly seeming like it’s in a happier state I’d like to present you a pop ballad that is so emo that it will probably make you cry because it’s not Killing Moon if we don’t.

Our track of the day comes from North London singer Hongza who has released his debut single Gone. The track is somewhat of an Indie power ballad featuring ambient guitars and soothing vocals, an anthem for broken-hearted 20-year-olds in my opinion.

“The song is about the tough moments during the begin stages of a break-up where in the first 24 hours a person can do something really stupid to hurt your significant other because you’re blinded by the pain”
