Racing Glaciers release new album ‘Caught in the Strange’

Racing Glaciers return with their debut album ‘Caught in the Strange’, released through Killing Moon on August 5th. With well over 2million Soundcloud plays on just their first few tracks, Racing Glaciers quickly burst on to the scene with their track ‘First Light’, which featured on the Transformers 4: Age of Extinction movie and won the band widespread radio support. Ahead of their album release, the band released the single ‘Patient Man’, which garnered attention from online tastemakers such as Clash and Euphoria Magazine.

With a truly atmospheric sound world, a powerfully raw vocal delivery from lead singer Tim Monaghan, a complex percussive patterns from drummer Matt Welch, this album looks set to be the soundtrack of the summer here at Killing Moon. We particularly recommend ‘Naked We Rise’, a emotional slow-burner that reaches a  satisfying peak in its last bars, and ‘Sertraline’, which was also featured on Killing Moon’s ‘New Moons: Volume VI’ compilation album.

‘Caught in the Strange’ is out now through Killing Moon.
