Featuring slow burning dark production and combined with Parker’s signature ethereal vocals, the indie chanteuse has created an earworm of an R&B infused pop gem that’s undeniably addicting with her new song “Doubles”.

When discussing the inspiration for the track, Parker says, “I wrote Doubles a year or two ago and co-produced it with Rupert Lyddon. It’s essentially a song about feeling insane and all the juxtaposing and confusing thoughts that come with that. Specifically, all the insecurity and guilt I’ve felt about leaving my family in Australia to move to London to chase a dream with no guarantees of succeeding.”

The new single comes hot off the heels of her most recent release, “Runs And Rides” and “Thighs”, her breakout track that has already racked up over 200K streams on Spotify and landed her a spot on MTV’s Catfish. Hailed by Breaking More Waves as “midnight menacing electronic pop music” with HillyDilly adding “expect a bright future for her”, the 21-year-old musician songstress has only scratched the surface of what’s to come in the next few months.

Born in Doncaster, brought up in Australia, and now living in Hackney, Parker has had anything but a conventional life. Saying her goodbyes to her family in Australia and buying a one-way ticket to England to focus on her music career, she hasn’t looked back since. Spending much of this year writing and recording new material and now with three incredible songs under her belt, Parker remains one of the most exciting new artists to emerge from 2017, ready to show the world what this Aussie is made of.
