It’s one of those super-speedy style Track Of The Day posts for y’all today kids. To qualify that, we’re currently balls-deep in guestlist hell for tonight’s return of Club Killing Moon at the mighty Bull & Gate, with what’s highly likely to be one of our best line ups to date – specifically, our buddy boys in Duologue will be laying the smacketh downeth in the wake of announcing a sweet single on yours truly, due for release on 29th October. Nice plug right? Right. Anyway, currently soundtracking our music industry-specific dramas are funny-guys Honey Luvv, who you may well be forgiven for thinking sound like the latest priority act from Genetic Records. Not that there’s anything wrong with that – we hipped and hopped and bipped and bopped to Big Bruvvas back in the day, just like the rest of you. But alas, Honey Luvv are not those kinda guys. In fact, we’re not even sure they are guys. What we are sure of is that they are purveyors of solid-dressing guitar tunes, along the lines of Pavement gracing the touchlines of Smashing Pumpkins and a birra Wet Paint. We dig.
