Festival: Cherry Cola Crawl 2011

Thought the festival season was over? Well think again…

On  Saturday September 24th, The Cherry Cola Crawl will be invading and enthralling at venues across  Shoreditch, showcasing a vast and exciting array of musical talent, both established and new. The brainchild of the man behind the famed Cherry Cola club nights featured in big-boy-shit music magazines such as Dazed & Confused, Disorder Magazine and the NME, The Cherry Cola Crawl will be filling the end-of-summer gap with a magnificent fusion of the best of old and new. Venues confirmed include  The Macbeth, Underbelly, Concrete, The Old Blue Last and Catch, with a legendary line up to boot…

The Animals , part of the original Brit invasion of the 60’s, are reformed and louder than ever. Expect classics such as We Gotta Get Outta This Place and The House Of The Rising Sun. Legendary Buzzcocks guitarist,  Steve Diggle , will be delivering a set of punk-rock Buzzcocks classic. Also on the bill are Noel Gallagher’s first signing,  Proud Mary, as well as the excellent  Pop Levi  and a whole host of local treasures, including a whole array of  KM-approvees, such as Scanners, Brute Chorus, Grass House, Babeshadow and, all the way from Denmark,  The Good The Bad. There’s even a super-special secret-ass headliner that even we don’t know about.

Oh yeah – we’re DJing at The Old Blue Last as well. Funny that.

Tickets are just £15 for access to all venues and aftershows, subject to capacity. Get your mitts on them here.
